Terms and Policies
Ordering our Cheeseboards:
Due to the products and quality of our boards, we ask for no less than 72 hours of notice upon ordering. That will allow us the proper amount of time to source and design a board, especially in regards to customizations. It is your responsibility to make any allergies apparent when putting in your order. We are happy to accommodate our products and preparation procedures to ensure the health and safety of our clients.
Please note all medium and large wooden cheeseboards are to be returned or are available for purchase.
We deliver all boards throughout Knoxville, Gatlinburg and nearby counties! Anything outside of the area within a 1 hour driving distance will require a travel fee of $50.00. All payments for delivered boards will be collected upon arrival of invoice.
Cheeseboard by Letters and Numbers
Each of our numbers and letters will contain enough food to serve 2 guests. If you would like full sentences and words we will charge by the number of guests as we do for our grazing tables.
Charcuterie Cups and Cones
When ordering our individual cups and cones, we require a 10 order minimum. Please have our cone stands ready to be returned within 48 hours after delivery.
Booking a Grazing Table
All Grazing Tables must be booked 7 days in advance from the scheduled event. A $250.00 deposit is necessary when booking a Grazing Table. We do not offer refunds due to the fact we might be turning away other clients. However, we will be more than happy to reschedule depending on our availability of the dates requested. Full payment will be collected upon the arrival of final invoice with the $250.00 deposit deducted.
We ask for all dietary needs and concerns (allergies) to be noted upon booking your table. We are not responsible for any reactions if we are not made aware.
Things to consider while booking a table is the general set-up. Here is a list of our additional services along with prices:
Flower arrangements, decor and prop rental $125.00. Floral is priced upon market value.
Disposable cutlery, napkins and plates $50.00. $75.00 for 100 guests or more
Full breakdown of our service $325.00
Additional food items (salmon platters, fruit and vegetable arrangements, small bites, etc) will be priced according to size/quantity.
We are not a full service company, therefore we will not be present during events. Please allow us three hours prior to the event for set-up, to ensure every detail has been tended to. We will come back after the event has ended to pick up rented materials/break down if requested. Please make sure all rentals are ready for pick-up within 48 hours of event.
We highly recommend our Grazing Tables and Cheeseboards be set-up indoors, any outdoor set-up MUST be in a shaded/cool area to preserve the quality of our products.
